This weeks veggie of the week id cauliflower.
I have put numerous in the garden and to prevent boredom i have planted different coloured ones.
This one has a slight orange hue.
My other problem - finding awesome ways to cook it.
So far we have had risotto, macaroni, last night simmered in cream and cheese and tonight indian style.
Am keen to try making rice from it.
Will see how that one goes.
