So the veg garden is looking much better.
A weed and the laying of pea straw should see these beds right until the spring.
I filled the active bed with a few more seedlings and hopefully we have enough veg to get us through for the next few months.
I will clean out the bed along the greenhouse in a couple of weeks and start filling that one will goodness.
There are some caulis to eat as well as leeks and brussels sprouts.
Lots of kale and cavro nero as well.
Will be hitting the recipe books for good ways to cook this lot up.
